Currently experiencing a very bad customer service with Samsung. I have a 7 mths old warranty washing machine that went down, repair man came & could not fix it, stated it needs to be carried back w/o providing me a date. Its been 6 days of waiting, not a single call from Samsung when the machine will be carried back for repair. Repeated calls and email to CEO yielded no progress and every time says that they are looking into the matter. 11 days w/o a washing machine and the bad unit still sitting in my house awaiting for Samsung to take back. Such a big company with sells quality products but having such poor service provided to their customers, am disgusted. The physical service center at Plaza Sing only handles handphones, not home appliances, else I would have attempt to make a physical compliant to the shop there. Is there anything I can do further to escalate this matter? Any advice?
