hope they bring back S-Pen for Fold8, for both screens please.

I think they have enough feedback from users that the fold7 is hard to pry open. Honor Magic V5 is much easier to fold

Does the lack of S-pen really matter for such a large screen? For the Ultra it made sense cos you can hold the phone in one hand and write with the other... but to write on the unfolded phone that is so much larger + so super thin, thought it would really difficult to grip?

Having tried the phone in a shop, I thought the hinge was pretty tight but it looks nicer with the very tightly closed profile... wonder if it isn't as tight when new, would there be some slack in the closed position after the hinge loosens a little?

May I know if you use for Facebook? Does the app fill the inner screen nicely such that everything is larger? How do the videos fit into the screen? I'm asking cos I don't use Facebook but my wife does and uses Facebook and the phone is for her... I presume the inner screen is really just for media consumption... not sure if such a phone is an overkill for such usage...

Go stores test out the phone... See if wanna splurge on this for media consumption or not ma.. to me foldables are life changing.. if I switch back to just slab alone I would feel my life is missing something hahahah...

Errmm... I wouldn't load my social media profile into a demo phone lor... that's why I am asking here... yeah it's really just consuming Facebook and that's basically all...

U can just launch the apps to get some feel of the device ma.. not asking u to log in stuff lol..

Facebook cannot launch to see interface without logging in... plus the app not even installed...

vertical ones about 25% cropped off cuz too long. but is 100% ratio view. just that zf7 not long enough to display the 100% video. so we have to scroll the video up/down -25%... if u get wat I mean

it's not about the grip of the phone. It's the functions of the s-pen, that a finger cannot replicate. Finger is usually too big to press precisely on a very specific dot in the screen.

My Spen in S23 Ultra can use it as my spotify remote control, pause music, camera shutter and wireless scrolling tiktok and many more functions that cannot be done.

Spen is not standard on the fold. U need to buy a separate case to hold it. So troublesome. Haha

They'll probably manage it once the move to silicon carbon batteries... can preserve the power rating and make space for the S-pen...

What applications? Some are restricted by the application side .. like banking or Singpass etc..
