Hi,

Wanna find out where is Sandisk Service Center?

I wanna get a 1 to 1 exchange for my SDcard bought during last IT show.

I am wondering if I can still get a replacement because I never keep the receipt and packaging.

Do advise

There is 3 Distributors (Retail) in sg:

1. Ingram Micro Asia Ltd
2. Kaira Technologies Pte Ltd

3. Vector Magnetics Pte Ltd




For 1 & 2, you need the receipt and warranty is usually from that shop. Unlikely, you will get 1-to-1 exchange.


As for 3, the packaging will have the sticker and you need the packaging + receipt. Usually 1-to-1 exchange (if have the stock) at
190 Middle Road.

If the customer cannot produce receipt or packaging, he/she must pay admin fee worth $5 - $20 depending on the item,capacity,and model.

How much did you pay for the card? Is it worth while, considering the transport and time you have to spend for the warranty service?
