imo, a person who work for PUB will probably know better.
sometimes it isn't size but perhaps the know how or even the speed of getting things done is crucial to PUB.

Planning to buy at 9am on 8 June which is first day of trading. Hoot the lowest non IPO price possible and then try to make a quick mini profit out of it...Sell within one month before army start. If can make at least 0.10 profit per share can Liao.
