I am wondering if SAP or ProSoft would be more suitable for a company's Enterprise Resource Planning software needs, particularly in Human Capital Management (HCM).
I've scoured the net for SAP's pros and cons. The results tend to compare its pros and cons against PeopleSoft rather than ProSoft, evaluating them in general rather than specifics.
Can anyone shed light on this please?
