For 1980yen you can have access to Moiwa mountain ropeway and 2 other facilities of your choice. Choose from the places listed on that website. This is just a ticket, not a tour.

You can get them at Sapporo tourist information center at Sapporo JR station.

Do show them your passport to proof that you're a foreign tourist so that you can get the special rates.

Either that you can go to the annex tourist info center near the clock tower

Or if you own an android phone, download the Sapporo tourism app and all the instructions are there
