SAS Drive on SATA Controller

Mobo in question: ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO

How do I get SAS drives to work for the setup with the above board?
Can I use a external enclosure with SAS interface and connect the USB effectively using its bus with UASP(USB Attached SCSI Protocol)?

You might be better off to installing a pci-e sas controller card on the motherboard and then connect the sas drive to the sas controller card.
