Saving for kid

Wanted to ask which is a good account to start saving for kid's educational savings?

Kid is 1+ years old. Currently saving in the mighty young savers account which was taken during baby bonus.

Would really appreciate any advice.

If you have a 20 year time horizon, you could go for a no frills endowmemt (but look at the guaranteed values as well) or invest in blue chips, unit trusts, ETF etc (there is risk of losing capital).
