Then could it be that for 2nd HLE they did consider your house purchase price?

My flat costs 7XXk, my approved loan amount now is 6XXk (just enough to cover the 90%) if next year, 2nd HLE becomes 5XXk then die lor like that.

It's not weird at all. please refer to HDB InfoWEB: What To Note : Financing your flat to read the other conditions when granting you your max loan amount. There are other factors to consider. Well, of course, if pay increase and no other changes occured, then it's strange, but i highly doubt that will be the case.

The second HLE was applied by the HDB officer during my first appt.

Historically SBF launches are held on the last week of the month.
So perhaps it will be out in the last week of May.

My wait is finally over. Second appt in 11 days..

2 months wait since first appt..

7 months wait since first application..

I shan't whine how long it is now.. But I still believe the entire process can be speed up..

pls advise if the BTO or the SBF even without the option, does the flat comes with basic toiletry facilities or it just come in bared with only windows and main door.
