Cheap what. Very short distance from Dakota mrt leh. Can walk to paya lebar mrt also. Don't compare it with densely populated hdb area like punggol or sk..

But the chance to get is like striking Toto.

Erm, think abit far walking between the two MRT. Even if cut through the many lorong walking a more direct road shortcut. Cycle no issue. But the housing there not bad. The corridor alot think quite spacious one.

To Dakota mrt very close one. My retiree uncle staying at cassia link there. He always walk to dakota mrt no issue.
This one even nearer to mrt than cassia link.
To paya lebar is distance away, need to take bus from guillemard about 2 stop

unfortunately prices will never come down. it's a good location, very near town. soon people who want a better quality of life will have to live in JB.

Meaning to paya lebar. If take Dunman road is far, but looks ok cause can see go where, just two straight road. If cut through the geylang lorong is more direct route, shorter. But still far by walking. Cycling no such issue. Quite fast and easy. But have to be careful crossing the two major roads lah. An in between is go behind estate take Guillemard road.

Short walk to OAR hawker, walk abit more can go to the rejuvenated Kallang studium. If cycle can take the PCN all the way to MBS / Gardens. Got popular KH school also.

Nope, overlooking the empty plots of land which guillemard camp used to be at, can see marine parade and paya lebar

MacPherson is even more chor because it is 4 years younger than Dakota breeze

Loving the place since i live here… even got a big sheng siong just below the carpark, and a kopitiam same stretch if you too lazy to walk to OAR hawker.

I can walk to geylang or mrt 1 station to paya lebar for even more food options.
