Bua long long walk 20mins to PLQ

Even it is very windy at the void deck
Wah! This view is very kiam-siap siah. Pi-pi-sai niah. And its going to be blocked by the new condo over the other side of the river, if not wrong.

But think this estate some of the corridor not bad. Quite big space. And airy. Can create own private porch outside unit free of charge. Especially those at some corners. Not too dark also.

Remembered Eunos side one some quite dark. Some is almost dark like don't know what. Cause build like an enclosed rectangular tube where all the units face inside with lift somewhat at inner centre. Only the small space between lift and corridor got light. But due to high floor much of the light at the lower floors are blocked out.

Walk to Dakota MRT exit B as it is nearer , saves 100+m

Transfer to brown line is troublesome
Since when payar lebar consider town area... brain spoilt
But dakota is 10mins away to the CBD

Think the first batch of owners can sell their balcony unit at $1.3m in 2027

I m staying at tanjong pagar. Walking to Shenton way or chinatown is only 10 - 15mins walk. Dakota stn is at old airport road fc. Ok la.. but its not exactly central.

Cheap what. Very short distance from Dakota mrt leh. Can walk to paya lebar mrt also. Don't compare it with densely populated hdb area like punggol or sk..

But the chance to get is like striking Toto.
Anything outside of holland to havelock market says is lower ses.

OT. Some hotel even narrower angle. Just a sliver of sea also charge as Sea View. šŸ˜„

Think nowadays public housing corridor got not much view one. As the units are build inward with corridor facing inward. Many with odd shape and bend. Cannot see much.
