It depends on how you think abt it. I signed otp for a bishan 4 room 2nd floor unit which is around 600k just before may sbf. At the last minute, I gave up the otp. Area wise, 2nd hand hdb is bigger. But Bidadari location is better compared to bishan. Even though for 2nd floor, will have more choices. Forget the ones have been selected, and see whether there are other acceptable units. Nov SBF is coming. I guess should have Bidadari sbf also. Anyway hope you can manage to get

They are doing 10 numbers a day now so 30plus number is like 3 to 4 days difference.
