well... i think its quite subjective whether a unit is good or not.. and it depends whether you mind or not.. for me it is because i am concern that it may be noise coming from the ground floor thus level 1 and 2 is kind of out for me...

Ideally im looking at a unit above level 5... but seems like no more...
