Hi guys. I was at this page but I simply cannot understand what is the difference between flats listed in red and flats listed in blue...

Blue indicates unit is available for selection | Red indicates unit has been booked

Trying to get Sales of Balance myself but I am not sure to look at the red flats or the blue flats... What does a flat being booked means? and Available for selection?
