may i know how come Chinese don't like 53 strathmore avenue? is it bad luck or some feng shui thing? I see like got less malay and indian quota than chinese quota, which is very uncharacteristic of queenstown LOL

I believe so. If I’m not wrong, hdb will give u sms notification to inform u of the selection date roughly one month before the actual day.

depends, proximity to mrt still skyoasis, proximity to hawker and commercial shops is skyresidence

i personally prefer skyresidence also because of the architecture

I'm QT 3-rm but no. is slightly after quota. Do I have to wait for all those within quota to pick first then they give me an appt date? I haven't received yet.

I have to fly out for work trip mid-late Oct so a bit afraid it might clash. ><
