Good luck to you! My bf lives in one of the blocks nearby, so over the years I literally watched the blocks grow from flat muddy ground to the pretty estate you see today hahaha.

Too bad we never wanted that area, otherwise we could have been neighbours!

It's indeed scary, I saw 4room Clementi at 520K at least. It's insane! But this time SBF the Clementi has West Coast units. In fact, most are West Coast. They seem to be a little more affordable but I'm not sure if it's worth it so didn't go for it haha.

Hmm really ah.. Cos we didn't fancy any of the resales in that area so never really checked out their floorplans.

Wa my bf said the exact same thing as u regarding the busstop :s13: But I think I'm a very scaredy-cat kampong girl la, I prefer noise and people movement, I cannot stand quietness in a housing estate one hahahah.

Cityvue would be good in terms of location for my gf cos her work is nearby but the pricing is much higher and smaller in size 83 sqm compared to 93 sqm and i used to grow up around telok blangah and west coast (now staying west coast).

So would still be near my parents plc and my bro plc at dawson. Hoping i can get a queue number this time. I applied for the nov 18 sbf but no queue number
