Can be as fast as 1 month , my friend got her key almost 3 months

If got apply for grant would be longer, 3 months perhaps cos grant smelly smelly also 5-8 weeks to process..

Should be, can ask them to expedite..

No use asking for information here since it's done on a case by case basis, work load for them varies..

Only HDB can decide how fast they will process their application for you.

Yes, you may.. just pay $10 i also doing the same.
let say u sign for the Nov 15 then your May 16 will be automatically cancel

Submitted for May 16, hopefully the number will be a lot better.

Just look they only just started hougang only, we at end of may,

it still have like punggol, sembawang, sengkang,
will you think it will start end of june???
i believe the officer is only gauging the time frame..


so what your que, within or out of the supply unit?
Just pray hard it will started end of june?

I dont think selection for yishun will be in june as sembawang selection itself starts in July and some received their selection appointment somewhere in sept. For yishun it could be maybe between Nov till early next year.

Anyone know is there defect can report to HDB for SBF new flat? what are the procedure. what kind of defect can report HDB? normal how long defect to clear before ID start work?

Hdb will inform u during key collection.

if the flat is still new i believe there is Building Service office near your flat there, which you need to capture photos for all the defects and then go there to report, then they will arrange and let you know when is the contractors to go up and check for you and fix.

if let say the building service is not available liao, need to call HDB say that there is a defect in your unit most likely will ask u to take picture and email to them. then building management from the HDB will arrange with you on the time with you for the contractor to come up and check and fix for you.

normally will be before a week unless is they have busy schedule then will be like 2 weeks or more a little bit.
