For Nov 2015 sobf units also no need to pray hard for first timer..

3-room (Income ceiling $6,000) - First Timer Ratio of 0.3
4-room - First Timer Ratio of 0.5

Hi just a qn about grants here, will they assess your eligibility of grants at time of application, selection, or just before getting keys? Also, do they look at average income for the past year/3 months or just whatever you draw in the latest month?

asking because im starting work this june and my fiance is going to get a pay increment in May. right now we are eligible for $55k grant (ahg + shg), if based on our income when i start work in june, we would only be eligible for $10k

Average combined income for the past 12 consecutive months prior to Application , can only apply during selection, will be reimburse into cpf o/a before signing of lease agreement..After that, it's over and done with..

good to hear that its prior to application haha. So am I right to say even if I apply for May bto, I will still be eligible for $55k grant? (assuming our combined income is $3.5k prior to May bto appication)

yes my fiance has been working for almost 2 years already. i'll be graduating soon (2 yrs ns haha)...really hope can get this sbf instead then no need worry so much
