nope, they combined bto. Sobf only 2 per year. Bto was originally planned for aug, got delayed to sept then pushed to nov because of update in grants and ceilings announced during national day rally.

Rem wrongly, as someone mention..

SOBF only twice a year, the 1st was concurrent with May 15 BTO launch..

The only combi was Aug BTO of which Bidadari was suppose to be launched + Nov BTO in which Nov itself was suppose to be concurrent with a sobf sales..

Actually, they nv use that as a reason at all..

During launch, it's already written down in black and white..
