Since mature estate, the only grant u can apply is AHG which has a combined income ceiling of $5k and below.

I remember i received it at 5th April, sorry..is 1 week ago. My online status is unchanged and my appt is 27th April.

Need advice

I need some advice.

I actually applied for Punggol 4 rm in 2013, but got a really lousy number out of the number of supply. However, eventually I got the letter for selection. I didn't go for selection, because i thought my number is bigger than the supply.
So in the end, it was considered that my first non-selection.

Now I applied for SBF Punggol 5 room, and got 19X. I was thinking of not selecting again if the flats left are really not my desired ones.

2 Question:

1) Can I go ahead and apply for May BTO if I havent got the selection letter for my SBF by then?

2) Is it possible to appeal so that I do not accumulate the 2X non-selection?
How do I go about doing that?

Does these 2 que got any appointment or not?
if i not wrong if got appointment and you no show for 2x will be automatically goes into 2nd timer for a year.

1x warning letter will be issue after 2014 case for no show.

i believe you say the SBF 5rm punggol is at nov 2015 right

yes you may apply may bto, if you make a selection on the SBF then that bto will automatic cancel is vice versa de.

whether 1st timer or 2nd timer in the may bto you need to check with the officer once the ballot que is out for may bto.

appeal to that you need to talk to someone higher position in hdb one about this appeal but confirm rejected one or case by case one.
