Anyone can shed some light on how much earlier from Delivery Possession Date can we get the keys?

I understand with the exception of the Dawson project which was delayed, most get the keys earlier than DPD.

You will look at Probable Completion Date rather than DPD..

Usually 3-9 months earlier than PCD..

Like my BTO, started with 1Q 2017, change to 4Q 2016 early this year, change to 3Q 2016 on 5th Feb, change down to 2Q 2016 last Wed noon and to End May 2016 last Thurs morning. 2nd HLE has been automatically extended over the weekend. Currently waiting for key collection appt, according to a HDB Manager i spoke to, she mention Mid-End May should collect the keys. Looking at the time of the month now, should be end may..

is that a good gauge of key hand-over? seems like almost a 1-year gap.

Rough gauge, not a definite one..It depends on the construction progress.

For the 1st blk in my project(Which is the one i booked a unit at), it's early by 6-9 months from initial PCD(depend on which month of 1Q 2017 u calculate from)..

Haiz. Still got so long to appointment date. Hopefully they can speed up the process of getting the keys

im fine with or without actually. those high floors one mostly without flooring. Senja gateway looks great from the outside, but mostly without flooring too :(

Hougang and Punggol is out.

Curiousity - if people in front of my ballot number drops out, will my appointment date for selection be brought forward? or can only wait while nobody fills in the gap (isn't that kinda time-wasting)?

anybody know how long is the waiting gap between first appointment (select an unit) and second appointment (pay downpayment & sign lease agreement) ?

2 months?
