I actually did an excel sheet and keep track and count lor hdb web will reflect latest q no. And hw many flats available for selection. Plus minus you will get the figure.

This is by assuming HDB strictly issues 5 numbers for a particular flat type for one area each day right? Is it a reliable assumption? So total numbers that don't add up to sets of 5 will indicate dropouts?

Yes have called and clarified with HDB.

U login to my hdbpage > my flat > application status > new flat > click on reg no, scroll down and see if any number called up for appt..

If any see tmr if any, try login after 12mn later..

The number if any would be until the end of the day..

2room flat neighbor might be elderly and hope the elderly is not stubborn n inconsiderate kind, put alot of things at the corridor.

this is the current issue i face at my exist market rental unit for 3 room type.
all is the 3 room type.
some mid age single type like those party to night type then come back to midnight like to shout along the corridor door after that can hear keys drops, then got one elderly like to play those Buddha song or chanting one, somemore loud loud one.. in the early morning like 5.30am or 6am.. talk to him properly then stop for awhile then come back again..

If this kind then just advise them keep in the flat, if all else fails call HDB but better try soft way first.Things on corridor is fire hazard and obstruction

HDB finally updated flat available for selection to include Yishun but no appt date yet , any idea how long it will take for appt to be updated? selecting 14/57 5rm

maybe different room type I think. my is 3 rm
