Hi.
Can i check for SBF how many months after selecting flat will you be invited for signing of agreement?
Also, at which stage will you receive the floor plan (with measurements) for SBF flats (flat is not ready until early 2017).

Thanks all too advise.

depends to where u selected.
normally the floor plan is at the web when they start for selection.

I signed my agreement for lease 3 months after booking of flat, may be earlier depending if you have AHG/SHG. They will only call you down for second appt after approval of all these grants...

I remember they gave me the floor plan with measurements on the booking of flat appointment...

Exactly3 months or more than 3 months?

I saw for Sk 3rm ceiling cap at 12k, from the supply of 6 to 5, or did i see wrongly.. hmm

I heard a lot of people will still drop out . Is it true? I don't think so cause those ppl who go for SBF usually wants to get a unit fast.
