You got 383 out of 383??!! Then what was the drop out rate? 268k is mid floor right?

Hah yes I did :) 528 was the last number to get a unit, so dropout rate is 37%. The may canberra bto sold out for 2 rooms and 4 rooms and got ard 70 units of 3 room unsold, likely to be put up in sobf next year. My unit is 4th floor out of 11 floors in total, however its linked to the rooftop garden that's linked to canberra plaza which is linked to the new canberra mrt station right to the platform level :)

true enough, unless u got a car or else its gonna be quite a trouble to travel to the nearest mrt station. right now there really lack of public transport

Believe that there will be more buses when residents start to move in. Otherwise Mr Khaw will be very busy seeing the Canberra residents.

For people to need a flat soon, transportation won't be a big problem as compared to renting a flat or sandwich between wife and parents.

Wah nice :D originally wanted to ballot for eastlink but latter drop the idea as application rate went up to 3. Didnt want to try my luck. So went for SOBF instead, luckily got a good number but the loooooong wait nearly killed me. It took me 6mths from application to book a flat.

I can imagine how the ppl with big q no feels now... anxiously waiting and yet cant do anything😑

Must stay in same town or within radius 2km in order to be eligible to apply MCPS

Cck and Jurong west wont work, it's too far apart.

I doubt it is within 2km. You can use the tool to check:
