total available unit is 338 so

(338 x 0.05) x 22.5 = About 380 application..

Do you happen to know if elderly gets more priority than first timer?

Base on TPY stats, 112 units, 279 applicants.
First timer 0.2. , means (112 * 0.95) * 0.2 = 21.28 applicants (?) vying for 106.4 units?

So have the elderly brought a flat direct from hdb before or have they purchase a resale with cpf housing grants before? If yes then considered 2nd timer..

For Elderly applicants, 40% of units should be reserved for them...
