If you ask me which has better chance i would actually say PPS over MCPS..

Since i assume not many applicants would have,

In addition, you must either be expecting your first Singapore Citizen child at the time of your application, or have at least 1 Singapore Citizen child aged below 16 (natural offspring from the lawful marriage or legally adopted).

While for MCPS, there should be more applicants due to proximity..

Applied for 4room jurong area. Jurong cos near my parent's place and the completion date is one of the earliest. My newborn is almost 6 months old, so I used PPS and MCPS. Good luck all!

she told is pps> mcps> remainder (public)

unless they change the rule of the game which i not too sure..

Hotline CS say is pps ppl ballot first, then if nvr tio will transfer over to mcps scheme to ballot if u have that scheme, lastly all shift to public scheme but u still stand double chance over normal public without scheme... Letter sent to me verify with CS explanation
