More important is the first appointment booking date and u cannot change date also... Meaning u die die must come to choose.... For 2nd appointment u can postpone or change of date so long u and your wife must be around to sign of lease and collect key.

If 5% of flat is allocated for second timer.if there is 100 unit,and queue number 1 to 6 are first timer.if first 5 chose a unit.does that mean the second timer with queue no 6 does not get to choose,despite such small number?

I believe the ballot doesn't work that way.

5% of the flat is taken into account when balloting for 2nd timer. 100 flats, 5% = 5units for 2nd timer.

2nd timer queue for example queue number 6 ( this is together with 1st timer, 2nd timer, priority scheme etc). 2nd timer will still get to select a flat. Even the 2nd timer queue is 100 and supply is 100, he/she still get to select.

*Assuming racial quota not filled

19th February - 5 numbers called by hdb and no one booked

I think buyers prefer very near to MRT bto flats and rejecting clementi units

I dun get why people ballot and reject units in Clementi. Both hdb areas are not that near mrt, which has been specified in the very beginning of sbf. Unless they dun check hdb website for the unit info before applying....
