Ya lor!!!!! I went to see level 2 units. Got one unit at West Terra, super dark corner!!! No corridor space at all. I thought no one will want tt. I am so wrong! My appt supposedly tomorrow. No chance at all now.

Learnt tt for BB 4rm SBF dropout rate is around 20%. Based on this case, queue number outside the number of available units can only be up to 40% of tt number of available units. The remaining queue numbers likely no hope.

average bto project during top is 20%. if 700 units means one project got 140 units kosong. then 400 + blks at BB just top nia. why so little units left? they releasing slowly lah. if release fast will crash the market. apple also mah. sell abit give u all gian.

now that area got 3-4 floors unit they selling alot cheaper also cannot sell. but seriously ask me stay 2nd floor i wont take. so gian png for what? at least 7 floors above

Ya, for resale, most ppl wouldnt bother to look for low units unless they really like it or budget constrain.

Just checked with hdb, today only got selection for queue 38-42 next would be Wednesday selection.
