easy access to town and the whole estate is new better value than TPY

Yes, that's about the only advantage. All walking distance to Mrt. But amenities, not so much like other matured estates. And the blocks are really close to each other.

i have survey that area, cross the street to potong pasir it have all amentities and 1 Mrt stop the NEX. and i think they are building a intregrated mall in woodleigh village comprise of a hawker center

TPY crest and apex don't seem as good as biddadari tho. when's your appointment date? mine's next week

creat and apex overprice and location so so.. and tpy centre now weekend belong to phillipine.. haha

Furthermore there will be more BTO launch at TPY next few year as reported.
they have clear up a huge area along tpy rise till thomson road, next to apex and golf area also huge plot of land.
and the former police academy also clearing up.

still can select unit within 1 week if im not wrong..

"2. SELECTION APPOINTMENT
Be punctual
Selection of flats is carried out according to queue position. HDB will proceed to serve the
next applicant in the queue if you are late.
If you missed the appointment date/time
The available sessions that HDB can serve you are as follows:-
(i) 12.00 pm, if you turn up in the morning (Mon - Fri); or
(ii) 4.00 pm, if you turn up in the afternoon (Mon - Fri). "
