Scan & Pay successful, then failed.

Recently like Scan & Pay having issues. First, the transaction was shown as successful, then later failed and payment refunded. Anyone encountered this?

Last night I encountered twice. First time the stallholder informed me as it happened within minutes. Second time at another stall the failure happened 2-3 hours later after I was already home. The payment was confirmed successful at the stall.

Just enountered today, was buying bread from confectionery. The shop attendant said that too, will have this refund glitch one lor.
