I agreed with his assessment. A million dollar 1 bedder (OCR), that's crazy price for investment!

right next to MRT of course $2k psf is very worth it
the psf will only spiral up with inflation over the next few deacdes not turning south at any time
Prime location is shunpoon most important criteria

For that price can consider subsale Rcr, next to mrt? Why choose this Ocr, maybe this ocr mrt very special is it? Or Small dev and very unique... buy while stock last?

Scary thing is, 1 and 2 bed rooms were fully sold.

Means developers will take notes and soon, condo might be 80% 1 to 2 bed room and then sg will be like HK
