Schneider powex

Hi Guys! Did anybody bought Schneider Powex extension plug? I currently have 3 of them and they seems to be coming from the same batch of 2015-W18. All of them having the same problem which is the switch button LED indicator does not lit up.

i also once had this issue but still under warranty, so go back to distro (Convergent) for a 1-1 exchange.

i bought one during the pc fair, spoilt immediately after usage with burning smells. went to refund.

Alright thank you! But my fear is that when I go for a 1-1 exchange, would they be giving me the same batch? Cause I suspect that the 2015-W18 batch has some problems.

Thanks for the quick reply! Btw, one of my surge protector LED Light indicator does not lit up. I'm not sure whether the surge protector mechanism has problem or the led light indicator has problem.

never really notice which batch im using or which batch i was given, so far no issue for more than a year already

i believe is just the led that is having the issue, if its the surge protector having issue, the plug shld not even work at all

Just went for a 1-1 exchange. Still got the W18-2015 Batch. Is going to end of 2016 and yet they are still giving me the 2015 batch. Hopefully the light indicator won't be spoilt again. On a side note, I have 4 extension plug and all of them has this light indicator issue.
