After a really long hiatus (God damn NS) the P6X58-E WS I bought broke. Replaced and still broken.
Nevermind lor.

I tried long and hard to find a new used X58 board that's fairly decent and quite new. Nah, failed. They're all above 200$. Those that are below have stocks that don't exist. For what buy a used mobo that's almost as expensive as a new X99 mobo on newegg, screw me right?

BUT I did find E5-1660V3 (Seriously thank you TJH for poisoning me but anyway good call it's also unlocked and all E5-16xx have always been unlocked) so I'll be buying the MSI X99S SLI Plus and 16GB Crucial DDR4 4x4 2133 from newegg SG and the total is quite a bit less than 1000SGD.

That's what I'll do also I bought a BRAND NEW R9 290X reference. Will be waterblocking that obviously.

It's VERY loud that's why it's definitely going to be waterblocked.

And Oh, forgot these,

The paintwork is hardly tip top but I don't mind. This will be holding my server when I move my X5650 over to the WS (It's alive apparently).
Just for now before I decide on a new config for my server. Dual Xeon C602? Most likely! Unless the C612 boards come down in price.

How many have you got? I think I need to buy 2 for a barrow speed sensor flow meter I'm buying

I'm sure you know what those are ... they are the same exact fittings. Are they TYKN-1410V3?

V3 is the one with the knurled tip, much like the BP EML fittings. The v2 is a lot like the MLs but compression.

My mate actually bought the EVEN cheaper ones that isn't by BARROW and is perfectly fine.

Yes that's a Raijintek Themis Evo but with a copper base. Have seen nickel plated bases floating around too apparently ... I bought it because it was damn cheap and wanted to have a spare heatsink ... IN CASE?

Bought a E5 2675 V3. It's a full production chip

Just migrated from the msi to the asus. No display on the temporary 270x card. Why?
25% chance of getting a dead cable?!
1 out of 4 cables in the bag is dead and I fished out the dead one.
