Scoot flight cancellation

Any victims here? My outbound flight to BKK was cancelled and they rebooked me on a 5pm flight the same day.Tried calling their hotline but can't get through. Any chance of getting cash refund instead of voucher refund? Sick of their nonsense.

i'm one of them.last dec they had a promo and had earlier flight to bkk at 1.30pm. but yesterday got to know the flight was cancelled n they put me to the 5.35pm flight. had no choice but to spend another day there cuz of the late arrival (day 1 considered wasted since touch down bkk is 7pm already!)

dun think can get cash refund, only voucher refund and saw from another thread the voucher applies for normal fares. do ask before committing
