Purchased a round trip ticket from SIN to TPE.
Because of a typhoon the flight is cancelled. The offered to change flight for free or give voucher. But after a week of not responding. They tell me I cannot get either!!
Horrible!

the deadline was 24 hours before the original departure time. and apparently 7 days to claim for the voucher. and none of this was listed on the email or terms and contract. no where!!
