Anyone has issues with scratches on iPhone X? I did not really take a close look till yesterday. It has maybe over 30 minor (short and long) scratches all over the screen. The iPhone X is less than 4 months old. My older 3 years old iPhone 6s has no scratches at all. Both have no screen protector on it.

iphone x screen is prone to scratches, some say it's just the oleophobic coating getting scratched

So it is actually normal? I read somewhere putting on a tempered glass protector can help hide the existing scratches.

Did all these scratches occur despite the use of a screen protector or without ?

Buy an expensive phone but save on its SP n casing?

Sent from Sony Z4 using GAGT

As mentioned earlier, I have used my iPhone for years without screen protector as I am usually very careful. So far no scratches at all on previous generator iPhones. I thought this one should be much tougher and was shocked to see the number of scratches on it.

Cool. I prefer that way as well but seems like iPhone X screen is inferior than LCD. Or it could be a case, mine got issue.

If you do not like using SP, then apply the nano liquid.

I applied on mine and the screen becomes scratch resistant for about 6 months and then you need to buy and reapply.

Qoo10 or Aliexpress has many cheap nano liquid you can buy, like $10 per piece. I ordered like bulk 10 pieces so that I can use anytime anywhere on any glass device

It is too late to apply after got scratches right? Or it will help hide it.

IPhone X is around 5 months old. Like yours, mine has many micro scratches especially when light reflects off them as I don't use screen protector or case.

I am using a case but just no screen protector. I don't recall any incident of it getting scratched by other objects as I am pretty careful with my phone. I wonder if the scratches come from just constantly using it. :s11:
