screen black out issue

hi to all,
recently i had upgrade my psu (rm850w) and gpu (msi gtx770 4gb).
on the 2nd day, i do encounter screen blackout for a sec or 2. then my desktop appear with an pop out message at the bottom right corner, something like this stated :"Nvidia 320.08 drivers had stopped working and has successfully recovered". as im currently not at home. the message is wat i got from the other place but the content is the same except the driver version where i downloaded the latest version.

if within the 2 sec the black screen didnt recover. my pc will reset on it own and go to the mode selection page.

things i had done;
-remove and put back the gpu.
-remove and put back the 2x8pins plugin cable with closely observe it is deep deep in.
-uninstall the nvidia driver and clean install the latest.

the frequent of the issue occur;
during gaming
during light web surfing
once occur at moment when i was in the window from pc power-up.

the problem of screen blackout still not solve.

please advise.
or shld i have my gpu RMAed?

Just throwing out ideas. Did you uninstall previous gpu driver?

ya. coz i done a clean install with a check during the nvidia installation software.

things that i have done;
1)i had removed all my 4x4gb ram. and test them individual by memtest. (no error found on my ram)
then re-plug in those ram.

2)since i had a samsung 840 pro SSD. there a software comes with it,samsung magician, where under the OS optimization, i perform the maximum performance. and my pc start to run the program and restart.
after restart. i go to the power option at the control panel, this time, there an option "samsung performance option. i selected the option and accept or ok. then i check the selection under the PCIe and ensure it is OFF, not maximum power saving or moderate power saving.

then i restart my pc once more.

-those without the samsung ssd may try using the high performance.

well...so far the black out issue didnt reoccur as on me.

lastly, try at your own risk.
(just want to feed my gpu as seen like its demand more power than my previous palit gtx 460 1gb)
