Screen Crack, what shld I do?

I am using LG Optimus G phone, drop, crack

screen cannot use, but working fine, I cannot unlock phone

is there anyway I can access my phone? using PC?

please advise

Connect to PC. Hopefully can access the memory and copy out the files.

Any app data etc are probably synced to your corresponding accounts already, so hopefully there's nothing to backup corresponding to it. Except WhatsApp which you can wait till 4:00 am for the automatic backup, then copy the back up by connecting to PC.

Send the phone for repair. When you get it back, it will be factory reset. Just restore your stuff including the WhatsApp backup and sign in to your apps. And you're good to go!

PS: Hopefully you had been smart and saved your contacts into Google Account or some kind of synced contact storage. If you saved on Phone account, you can say bye-bye to them (since you cannot use the screen and transfer them to Google Account or backup them to SD card). SIM contacts are safe, but Google Account is always better.

U can only create a backup first. Once u copied the entire whatsapp folder into the phone again, launch the whatsapp app again to go through the initial set up, ur phone will prompt you to restore if the file is detected..

I would make sure I repair at the more reputable shops to get the real gorilla glass.

Go back LG to repair. All SLS shops and ah beng shops not reliable de.
