Screen flickering

Hi experts, my Dell inspiron 15 windows 10 has flickering when starting only. Dell tech told me to update latest bios but still not solved.
Any solution?

Hi,
I encountered this with my dell xps 13 before.
After much troubleshooting, it was the motherboard that casuses the screen to flicker.
Dell technician changed a new LCD and motherboard in the end; its was still under warranty though

Oh mine is only 3months old laptop.haizzz. Dell asking me to factory reset but will reset solve it ??
