Screen hang..

Hey guys, whenever I browse some graphics intensive webpage, my screen will hang there followed by a restart of the screen. Pc will not reboot but I would have to wait till the screen restart then I can start using.
Anyone can help?

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz

What is your full pc spec, os and browser ? What did you do before this problem started ?
Do you have problems running softwares and games ?
