SDCard adapter for MBP-r

hi guys

moving from 2012 to 2014 MBP-R

I realised that the sd card slot for the mbp-r 2014 is shallower
hence the sd card adapter that used to flush against the machine is now
protruding out...

anybody know if anywhere still selling these adapter for the 2014/2015 mbp-r ?
