SDP + WP COALIATIOn KE YI MA?

Hi, everybody. I spent most of the weekend quietly with my family and had a good rest. It's been an intense past week and yesterday was a day with a bit of much welcomed downtime.
I want to thank you for your messages of good wishes and continued support. They mean a lot to me. Like most of you, I've been looking at the results and trying to make sense of it. I'll write my thoughts at some point over the next few days.
One thing that many of you have pointed out is that the SDP and WP should work closer together to present a more coordinated opposition strategy and message at the next GE. Given the outcome of the polls, I think so too. I'll discuss the idea with my CEC colleagues when we meet later this week. Will keep you posted.
Again, thank you all for your unwavering support. We lost but we gained.

Just like in america..but slowly I know is not possible.....when i see last GE and this GE has proof is not the way for multi opposition parties...


next WP will willing to accept other candidates from various disband parties?

( PAP will say Look , Look...look at these opposition .come and go ...from party to party )


Next SDP , we all know Dr Chee character. he will not merge with WP.


Now I feel no Choice if you want opposition votes increase in next GE.

Either disband all opposition parties , all capable anchor man from various opposition party join WP or SDP.


but well it will never happen....just see how opposition parties slowly one by one disappear...and votes getting lesser.

The PAP forced is getting even more stronger by 2020 GE with new citizens joining RC , activist...etc

Everybody did their part during the GE15. It was indeed a successful event.

Both are left. Just that WP is more on bread and butter issues and SDP on western liberl ideas. Coalition can work because WP will not appeal to some demographics and neither wil SDP in the poorer areas. What they need is a more unified front and manifesto that represents the oppo in general.
