Hi, am trying to RMA one of my Samsung drives with them - where to find out opening hours / place to RMA? I created a RMA with the online warranty site already but so many instructions.. see also blur... TIA

Seagate RMA is very fast, I received within 3 days, unlike WD 1 week plus no news at all. Hope refurbished Seagate dun ever fail. My 3.0TB was DOA, just no time bring to SLS for 1-1 exchange
