Seagate Ironwolf Drives ?

Hi ,

My buffalo NAS is sending me alert that stating one of the hard disk error is getting more and more.

Just to check have anyone use Seagate ironwolf drives? Based on best bargain prices 4TB is $209. so is it good?

Also my Western Digital disk which is promoting the errors , how can i rma to prove the drive is faulty?

Please advice. thanks

Skip seagate overpriced ironwolf disk n go for toshiba at $100+ for 4TB

tot i was swan by people telling me not to use non-nas hdd for nas?

Cos that time i post i bot WD green and people say i should go for red cos i use nas...

and now u guys tell me no need? so should i save cos and get those 4tb less than $200?


Actually..im more looking at the warranty length ...no more 5 years but 3 years still ok...those below $200 is 2 years rma model

I would buy the cheapest reliable ssd vs a Samsung one or cheapest hdd vs a WD black/blue etc.

Ultimately is all heng suay. WD has its own RMA thread in hwc, shows you that every manufacturer has their flaws

i meant buy similar class kind like green ..2 years warranty kind?

So now toshiba is better in hdd? cos rem their ssd cmi before they buy over one ssd company can't rem what?

I think Seagate Ironwolf Pro drives better value than WD

Looking to upgrade my Nas to all 8TB ones

RMA is where for toshiba hdd hah?

WD i rem is Pasir panjang...

Samsung is EA sls
