Just went to rma my mobo this morning.
Did not know that RMAs are now by appointment only.
Even though I had no appointment, they allowed me to rma anyway by submitting a rma request on the spot.
A few checks later, they determine my mobo was faulty and did a quick swap, installed back my CPU/cooler/m2 SSD/WiFi card back, show me it can boot into windows and I was on my way out in about 30 min.
Big thank you to Muru who assisted me even though he has several other duties at the same time.
Also thanks to Zani with the prompt follow up!

Same had good experience with them, my Jonsbo case came with exposed wire for the usb module, took photo and shown them, straightaway they arranged courier for the spare parts, not rigid unlike some distro die die want you to bring the parts down for every single thing. Very flexible.

I had great customer support at Tech Dynamic. Bought a ex-miner Zotac card from a seller but went home and found out the fans are noisy AF. Contacted Tech Dynamic, they allow me to go down and get it swapped. Then I found a Jonsbo case that I really like, open box, very cheap. I bought it on the spot and the uncle even throw in 3 extra fans for free. Got a clean heatsink with new fans on GPU, a new case with fans included.

Same here. My NZXT RGB LED lights last time were wearing out quickly. They replaced it on the spot without even looking at the receipt. They did however replace it with another used one. But hey, it works well. But NZXT LED lights die so quickly. So have replaced them with Razer ones. Never died since even till now.

Did you bring down your whole PC case or just the motherboard alone to Tech Dynamic RMA center?
