I googled and tried with many ways (adding new wares from norton, malwarebytes, edit registry,etc) to remove it, but its still appears in taskbar,anyone has any experience to remove it?

trying the instructions here now, what i worry is u need to dl more wares to clear spywares, not sure if its worth the risk

oic... i can only suggest trying autoruns & look thru all tabs to spot any conduit/searchprotect startup entries, and before deleting to note their file locations.
and process explorer (add columns: path, co name) for check running processes...
