Just upgraded to window 8 64bit and installed seatools for windows, i noticed it isnt able to detect my 3 sata hdds.

Some stuffs to note,
- upon installation of the seatools, there's a incompatibility windows prompt
- launching seatools, there's a "blank" EULA agreement screen to click on for accept/decline
- during scanning, it scanned for SCSI, ATA, USB drives, and not SATA drives?
- have already tried reinstalling
- HDD all all working fine, detected in windows & HD tune

any bro care to point out whats wrong, or its just seatools software issue?

Thanks

I suppose you are using the latest v1.2.0.8 dated 04-Dec-12 which supports windows 8?

You may wish to try the Seagate DiscWizard to see whether your hd's are detected.

Aternatively, Western Digital's Data Lifeguard, available for free download, also detects my Seagate and WD hds.
