Going Seattle end of March for seminar. during free time, i would like to shop. things to buy : sunglasses(oakley,rudy project), shirt(polo ralph), levi jean. where is a good place to go to get this stuff? what else is cheap there? how about electronic stuff?

also, i will stay at xiamen for a day(transit). i want to ride the skyway, it is a above the sky cycling path, anyone tried there? how troblesome is it to rend bicycle there? otherwise, where is a good place to shop at xiamen?
