Tiagong PU ver 2.0 will not peel so easily

I just google a bit just now and found out some customers are having same peeling issues and recommend royale.sg seats as a replacement instead of going back to secret lab

Unfortunately, every site I googled they suggest getting any PU leather for a chair is a bad idea. No matter how good the marketing talk, it is a bad quality and easily peel off. Should get the softweave version.

My replacement from last yr start to peel a few months ago tmd. Getting replaced again under warranty

Does the replacement package comes with the allen keys ?

No the guy brings the part and does the replacement for you. If I remember right, when you first buy it, they provide the necessary for self assembly. Can't remember if an allen key was needed.

Any secret lab Magnus table owner? When i went to the showroom their magnus table doesn't feel steady at all... it's pretty shaky considering they already have it full setup with weights on top.

Wonder if its like this for y'all magnus owner as well or they were rock solid stable and not wobbly?

Their table cannot buy. Super shaky. If u lean the table against the wall, slight better. Should buy omnidesk

gotcha! went to omnidesk just now and definitely feel its alot more stable...those review about the magnus table being stable is kinda bs when it shakes like some ikea table...

this is what you get when you trust 2 BS "entrepreneurs" with hot air hot talk. People made them rich from their fancy marketing and hype, that even allowed them to bought a GCB..... All from smoking people. Had a **** time talking to their staffs, gen Zs who know nothing about customer service or excellence. Got lucky once off, and then full of themselves after that.

Luckily I contacted their customer support. Found out that I am still covered under warranty and they are shipping replacement armrests! Wooohooo!
