Securing a job after graduation

Hi guys, I graduated in 2015 but started to find a job only year end of 2015. Got a 3 month role nov 16 till Jan 16 and another 3 month role in may 2016 - aug 2016.

Grauduated from uol with a 2:2

Was trying to secure jobs through careers @ gov during the whole of 2016 which I went for a few interviews (one interview reach till 4th stage board interview which I was unsucessful).

Anyone in the same predicament?

This was the problem. People begin job search before graduation, but you chose to wait till after. Your bad results aren't really helping your situation too.

Also I feel that sim uol anf students dont really have a problem in their job search just that more generic degrees ie business and management like mine have a harder time getting a job.

The job market is still pretty silent.

Short term contract under recruit express ended in aug. Learning new skill right now to upgrade myself.

I feel local U stand a better chance at securing job depending on what you studied. Regret that I do not have internships to make up for my uol degree.
